Once data has been entered for each individual lease (it only takes about 90 seconds each) you will have a report that includes much more extensive information than can be found in a typical spreadsheet.

Create a "Project Lease Summary" which is a compilation of all the individual leases and summarizes between anchor-non anchor and all tenants.
