transform, in a few days, a mortgage broker with very little commercial
loan technical knowledge to one of pure confidence. I now have the
ability to instantaneously generate a complete and professional commercial
loan package that is ready to be reviewed by a lender. If you are a
mortgage broker who only offers residential loans or one who dabbles or
deals in commercial lending full-time, I recommend this to any broker who
wants to increase their Income. I believe any broker’s first day on
this software is equal to one year of "on the job experience." This
software enables you to understand what I believe to be every possible
calculation that any lending committee could ever want to have presented
to them. Nearly every calculation is explained by definition and then its
calculation is broken down to simple grade school arithmetic. But don’t
let the simplicity fool you. This program supplies a complete report with
